Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Items should be returned within 30 days of purchase. Custom jewellery is ineligible for returns and refunds.
- Condition: All goods should be returned in original, unutilized condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A legally acceptable purchase proof, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items, as these are created specifically for you.
- Earrings for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards and store credit.
How to Return an Item
Initiate the Return:
To appeal a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, reach out to our customer service team at (enter email) or call (enter number).
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return:
Send the package to the mailing address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing insurance to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Processing Your Refund:
We will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item as soon as we receive and review your return. In addition, we will let you know if your refund is accepted or denied in light of the item's condition.
Approved Refunds:
In the event that your return is accepted, you will receive the amount to the original payment method in approximately 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that processing and posting the refund to your account may require more time from your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Please check your bank account or get in touch with your banking company for updates if you haven't received your refund amount within the anticipated timeframe.

Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace or exchange items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@ferrarojewellery.com or call (add number).
Provide details about the defect or damage, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Process:
Once the defective or damaged item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
If the item is not in stock, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or wrong item.

DFG Lab Grown Diamonds will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and ensure the correct item is sent to you at no additional charge.
